Injuries dominated the week 12 landscape but that just means a much deeper week 13 waiver wire. Let's dive into some of the best adds of the week!

Carson Wentz (42% owned)

Carson Wentz is now sneaking into the QB1 tier as he is now QB11 on the season. Not only did he turn a tough matchup against Tampa Bay into 20 fantasy points, but the Colts offense has been gaining steam the last 2 months of the season and I expect Wentz to continue to trend upward. He also has a great matchup this week vs Houston, so he is a great stream.

Alexander Mattison (19.8% owned)

Dalvin Cook dislocated his shoulder in week 12 and will miss at least 2-4 weeks and we all know what that means. Mattison is always one of the best plays in all of fantasy when Cook is out, so this is a no brainer add if he is available in your leagues.

Chuba Hubbard (29.6% owned)

The other huge RB news this week was the injury to Christian McCaffrey that will end his season. We saw Hubbard be a solid fill in in CMCs absence earlier this season, so again this is a no brainer add. Hubbard is someone that you can look for 10 point weeks out of on a consistent basis.

Jamaal Williams (38.9% owned)

And finally, another RB injury, but this one was not as serious. DeAndre Swift got hurt back on Thanksgiving and he may miss a week or two. If he does, I see Williams getting a big workload and being worth consideration for your lineups.

Van Jefferson (17.7% owned)

After OBJ was signed, we wrote off Van Jefferson. Then, Robert Woods went down and we had to wonder who the WR2 would be in LA. For now, that job belongs to Van Jefferson. OBJ may come in to take more targets and snaps as he gets familiar with the offense, but for now, Jefferson is putting up solid numbers and is even a potential flex for your rosters.

Cole Kmet (16.6% owned)

I have been waiting for this breakout all season and I think it is finally happening. Cole Kmet put up over 10 fantasy points in 2 of the Bears last 3 games and this past Sunday received 11 targets. Doubters will say that was with Andy Dalton, but 2 games ago it was with Justin Fields, so anything is possible going forward. He is someone I am adding to the TE Dart Board.
